These 9 x 12 inch reclosable poly bags are made from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with a volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI). The VCI compound releases vapor that forms a protective molecular layer on metal surfaces, actively preventing oxidation and corrosion without rust-preventative oils, desiccants, or secondary wrapping materials.
The reclosable zipper seal allows bags to be opened and resealed for inspection or partial retrieval while preserving the corrosion-inhibiting atmosphere inside — a practical advantage in machine shops, electronics assembly, defense manufacturing, and MRO environments where components are accessed repeatedly before final use or shipment.
Transparent film construction supports visual identification and inventory scanning without opening the bag. Each case contains 1,000 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
