These 24 x 24 x 2" pick and pack foam sheets are constructed from soft polyurethane foam with an anti-static formulation that dissipates electrostatic charge, making them appropriate for environments where static-sensitive components are handled. A pre-scored 1-inch square grid covers each sheet, allowing cubes to be popped out by hand to form custom-fit cavities without cutting tools.
The hand-removable grid design is well suited to electronics assembly, component kitting, medical device packaging, and sensitive parts distribution — anywhere packers need repeatable cavity configurations without introducing cutting equipment to the workflow. The 24 x 24-inch footprint fits standard tote boxes and shipping cartons commonly used in pick-and-pack fulfillment.
