These 12 x 12" flush cut foam pouches are manufactured from 1/8" thick polyethylene foam, heat-sealed into a lightweight protective sleeve with a clean, flush-trimmed opening. The flush cut design eliminates jagged or folded edges that snag during product insertion, supporting consistent throughput in high-volume packing environments.
The non-abrasive foam surface makes these pouches well-suited for finished goods, machined parts, glassware, ceramics, electronics housings, and other items where surface integrity is a priority. Retail distribution centers, light manufacturing operations, and third-party fulfillment facilities commonly use these pouches for wrapping or sleeving individual units before boxing.
Each pouch is lightweight, contributing minimal dimensional weight to outbound shipments. Sold in cases of 150. Pink anti-static foam pouches are also available for components that require electrostatic charge dissipation.
