These perforated recycled black foam rolls are manufactured from a minimum of 90% recycled polyethylene (PE) content, delivering reliable surface protection and cushioning performance without relying on virgin plastic. The black coloring visually distinguishes recycled-content material on the packing floor, making it easy to support sustainability tracking and material segregation programs.
The 24-inch width and 550-foot length per roll make this foam well suited for high-volume wrapping, interleaving, and surface protection in fulfillment centers, electronics manufacturing, automotive parts distribution, and warehouse shipping operations. Pre-perforations every 12 inches allow consistent, tool-free tearing that keeps packing lines moving without interruption.
Each roll is 1/8" thick and weighs approximately 40 lbs. Cases contain 3 rolls. Due to the size and weight of each case, freight delivery is required — plan order quantities around pallet configurations accordingly.
