These 18" x 12" x 2" compostable cushioning pads are built from a multi-component construction of compostable film, entrapped air cells, and plant-based cushioning material. Unlike petroleum-based foam or conventional bubble wrap, each pad conforms to irregular product shapes, delivering blocking, bracing, and vibration dampening without synthetic materials.
These pads are well suited for warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and retail distribution where sustainability mandates influence material selection. They support wrapping, layering, and interleaving applications, and serve as a direct functional replacement for void fill or surface cushioning in outbound shipments where end-of-life compostability is a requirement.
Each case contains 90 pads and weighs approximately 10 lbs. Freight delivery is required; plan inbound quantities at the pallet level.
